ROOMS & RESERVATIONS
Due to renovations we are not taking reservations until after November 1st. When we reopen all guest rooms will have new private en-suite bathrooms. If you wish to make a reservation please e-mail us at info@debaryinn.com.
The room classes after renovations will be:
- Two-room suite. $229*/night
- King-deluxe. $219*/night
- Queen-deluxe. $199*/night
- Superior. $159*/night … Full size bed. Only 1 person per room.
Below is a sampling of the rooms before renovations.
* Add these additional amounts:
• 15% tax added for all lodging.
• Early check-in or late check-out. $50 charge as availability allows.
• Car parking. $5.00/night for each car (+ 7% sales tax)
• Holiday period. $25 surcharge.
Extended stays
Discounts are available for these longer-term stays:
• Weekly: For a stay of 7 continuous days or more a 10% discount is given.
• Monthly: For a stay of 30 or more continuous days a 25% discount is available. Note: After a stay of 90 continuous days or more the 15% in taxes is not charged.
Please note that sending us an e-mail does not confirm a reservation. Your reservation is confirmed after we have your credit card information to hold the room (see reservation policies below).
Reservation policies:
• Check-in time: 2 PM or later. Self check-in after 9:30 PM.
• Check-out: 10 AM.
• Confirmation of reservation. Provided upon receipt of credit card approval.
• Methods of payment accepted. All major credit cards, and cash are accepted.
• Cancellations. $25 administrative fee for any cancellation after a reservation is made. Cancellation with less than 24 hours prior notice to 2:00 PM of the day of check-in will be charged for one night. No shows are charged one night.
• When payment is due. Payment is due at check-in. For stays of a week or more payment is due weekly in advance for the upcoming week.
Inn policies
• Smoking. We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking is not permitted on the property.
• Pets. Not allowed. (Please contact nearby pet care facilities to board your pet.)
• Fire safety. In addition to no smoking, no cooking of any kind is permitted by the guests (other than the use of the microwave in common areas). Also, no candle or incense burning is permitted.
• Children. Well behaved children over 12 are welcome.
